Welcome to Continuum Counselling, where mindfulness is at the heart of all we do. I'm Karen, a qualified Mindfulness Association teacher dedicated to helping you find balance and peace in today's hectic world.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or struggling to focus? I've been there too. In 2016, I found myself at a crossroads, struggling to cope with life's demands whilst working for a charity and trying to grown my own business. In a bid to look after myself a bit better, I found myself signed up to an introduction to Mindfulness class, and, well, the rest is history really… I fell in love with the practices that transformed my life and the lives of millions of others.

Expert Guidance, Personalised Approach

With an MSc in Mindfulness from Aberdeen University and years of practice experience, I offer a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world application. My journey from stressed professional to mindfulness advocate gives me a deep understanding of the challenges you face. My goal is to make mindfulness accessible, so I work in a variety of ways.
